  • In a large pan, brown diced pork and onions with Montreal Steak Spice. Add peppers, mushrooms, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Saute for about 5 minutes until all the flavors come together.
  • Add hot water and rice and cook until all the liquids have been absorbed and rice and pork are tender.
  • Add in mushroom soup and heat thoroughly.

Notes

Serve with a side salad or a green vegetable. This is a great recipe for freezing the leftovers for future meals.
