  • Place frozen salmon filets in baking dish.
  • Cover fish with salad dressing, and crumble some fresh feta cheese on top.
  • Bake on 350°F for 30 minutes. Crumble more feta on top and grill until cheese is gooey and melted. Devour instantly!

My Mum discovered this after I had been making it with the balsamic vinaigrette, with added ginger, lemon, salt and pepper. She enjoyed it so much, that she went to buy the balsamic vinaigrette, but grabbed the wrong one instead. I have to admit that it tastes sooooooo good, that now I save my balsamic dressing for salads only, and the Greek dressing gets used a lot more in my dishes!!! Salmon filets - about $5 for 4-5 filets, in the frozen fish section.

This recipe was a lifesaver; I was looking for a new easy way to prepare salmon, and having Feta cheese and Greek dressing at home, I did it. Everyone loved it, even my son, who is not a fish fan, enjoyed it.
