  • Dump all ingredients into a large freezer bag. Lay flat in freezer (marinates better).
  • To prepare: thaw in fridge overnight. Dump into casserole dish.
  • Bake at 350°F for 45-60 min till juices run clear (or 20-30 min for chicken breasts).

Notes

These can also be grilled on BBQ OR Throw into crock-pot on hi for 3-4 hr (or lo 6-8 hr) Try adding some rice the last half hour to use the tasty sauce. OAMC - Once A Month Cooking
