You can make this for a family by using more potatoes and putting it in a 9x13 pan and cooking it until potatoes are tender and add sauce and cheese and heat until cheese is melted and sauce us warm.
For the sauce, you can use any kind if desired to boost the taste and texture.
I used marbled cheese for this recipe but you can use any kind you like.
Also you can add a vegetable to the recipe if you would like, like corn, peas or carrots.
