  • Brown ribs with oil until nicely brown.
  • Add remainder of ingredients (except cornstarch).
  • Either cook on top of the stove or transfer into a roaster and bake at 350°F for an hour or so until the meat is tender. Add cornstarch to thicken.

Notes

Really you must feel out the amounts of ingredients to your taste. If you add too much vinegar, it will take your breath away. Serve with steamed rice.
