  • Sprinkle ribs with onion powder, seasoning salt, oregano and garlic powder.
  • In separate bowl mix peach or apricot jam, Kraft Calorie Wise BBQ Sauce and hot sauce.
  • Heat one side of BBQ at med/low. Then other side place metal pan under grate with 1-inch of water on other side with ribs on grill overtop of grate of side with no heat over pan with water. Ensure BBQ is between 250 degrees F and 300 for 4 hours then baste with Calorie Wise/Jam/Hot Sauce Mix for 1/2 hour until well basted.
