  • Preheat oven to 425ºF. Cover a cookie sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray. Combine coating mix and seasoning in a deep bowl.
  • If potatoes are new, scrub and rinse, otherwise, peel. Rinse in water, cut lengthwise in half, and then slice into wedges. Toss 4 or 5 wedges at a time in coating mix.
  • Place on sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until tender. Serve with sour cream or Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing for dipping.

Notes

These potato wedges are virtually fuss-free and are much healthier than deep fried potato wedges of a similar style. They make a tasty snack or appetizer when cold as well.
