  • Mix the eggs, milk, flour and salt thoroughly. Heat pan with a little butter and put enough batter to spread thinly and evenly on pan. Cook until crepe is a no longer pale. Put aside when finished cooking all crepes.
  • Mix the shrimp, mayonnaise, lemon, minced olives and salt and pepper to taste. Spread mixture on crepe, role and place in baking dish.
  • They can now be placed in the refrigerator until needed. They can be served warm or cold. If heating, bake for 5 minutes or until crepe is warm and serve. This can be used as an appetizer or with a salad for a meal.
