  • Sautee chicken or turkey bacon until brown, drain off fat and add garlic and onions. Sauté until onions are translucent. Add sweet potatoes, cauliflower, roasted red pepper, all spices, bay leaf and chicken stock. Bring to a boil and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  • Add pumpkin and cream cheese, remove bay leaf and blend with a hand mixer or in a food processor or blender until smooth. Reheat until hot.
  • Remove from heat and add milk and parmesan cheese to thin out slightly. Spoon into bowls (should be fairly thick) and swirl in small amount of plain yogurt to create a design of your choice.
