  • Prepare stuffing mix as per box instructions. Precook chicken breasts for 20 min. in oven and cut into 1 inch cubes. Drain frozen spinach, or wash and take of off stems of fresh spinach. Cut celery, onion and pepper. Mix chicken, celery, onion and peppers.
  • Put chicken mixture into a greased 2 L casserole dish. Top with mushrooms, then with spinach. Mix all together. Top with the cream of mushroom soup and layer cheese on top. Cover with the prepared stuffing.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for approx. 25 minutes and you have a delicious tasty casserole that the family will enjoy.

Notes

Need more than four servings, just adjust ingredients as required. For six servings, stuffing, soup and cheese are ok amounts.
