  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with tin foil. Place thawed salmon fillet on sheet, skin side down. Spread with grainy mustard.
  • Pour hot water into small bowl. Add butter and stir until it is melted. Add Stove Top Dressing Mix, onion, herbs and cheese. Mix to combine well. Pack stuffing mix over salmon fillet, covering completely.
  • Place on middle rack of oven. Bake for 15 minutes.


Fish is part of any healthy diet and appears often at our table. Stove Top Dressing is a staple in my pantry. There are so many things you can do with it. Recently when I discovered I didn't have bread in the house to make a dressing for a favourite salmon dish, I reached for the Stove Top and this recipe was the result. Change the flavour of this dish by changing the herbs used.
