  • Cut bacon slices in half - wrap each water chestnut and poke with toothpick placing them in oven safe pan.
  • Cook at 210 degrees F for 1-1.5 hours.
  • Drain bacon grease, place back in pan and pour sauce over top. Place back in oven for 1/2 hr to 45 min.
