  • CUT out mushroom stems and chop them up. Preheat oven to 345 degrees F.
  • MELT butter on medium heat in a pan. Add chopped up mushroom stem, bell pepper and onions. Cook until onions have browned, or about 10 minutes. Add the crushed Ritz Crackers and mix. Add the teriyaki sauce. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  • SPOON cooked mixture into mushroom caps. Place mushroom caps onto a baking pan. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
