  • Use cream cheese at room temperature. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth. Taste to make sure the cream cheese does not taste bad. Put in an open dish large enough to put remaining ingredients on top. Set dish to the side.
  • Chop the green pepper and green onion finely. Once done, get the dish and cover with a generous amount of salsa (approximately 1/2 a jar or more). Add green pepper and green onion on top of salsa. Cover the top with lots of shredded cheese.
  • Use nacho chips for dipping and enjoy!

Notes

I love to make this when friends are coming over!
