  • Place the tomato, onions & green onions, and butter in a microwave safe bowl, and heat on high for 1-2 minutes or until butter is melted.
  • Take out 2 (7 oz.) microwave safe bowl. Crack one egg into each one, beat until the yolk has mixed with the rest. Place the microwaved vegetables in with the eggs and cook in the microwave in medium-high for 1/2 minutes or until the egg has taken on solid form.
  • Take a knife and use it to separate the egg from the bowl and serve unto the bagel bun.

Notes

Additional ingredients: Add a slice of KRAFT Velveeta or Singles cheese to the bun and microwave with the finished egg for a melted cheese finish! Any smoothie goes perfect with this recipe.
