  • Saute onions until golden brown. Add 1/4 cup of the Tikka Masala sauce and cut-up chicken and fry until chicken is heated through and all ingredients are mixed. Set aside to cool slightly.
  • Spread a thin layer of Tikka Masala sauce on the Na’an bread. Distribute the cooked chicken evenly over each Na’an. Dice green onions and bell pepper into small pieces and spread evenly over top of the chicken. Layer the Feta Cheese over these layers and finally add the shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese to the top. (This will melt and hold everything nicely together.) Sprinkle with paprika and ground black pepper.
  • Place on cookie sheet or baking stone for approx. 10 to 12 minutes at 350°F. Let cool slightly before slicing and enjoy.

Notes

This recipe can easily be doubled for more people. The chicken and chopped ingredients can be prepared ahead of time and quickly thrown together for a quick and easy meal. It's quick and simple and SOOO delicious.
