  • Dry tofu out on paper towel & cut into 4 slices. Mix next 4 ingredients together & marinate the tofu for 4 hours in the fridge.
  • Cut slices in half, spread one half with Cheeze Whiz place a piece of broccoli on cheese, cover with other half. Dip in egg white, and then in Shake & Bake.
  • Cook in 400°F oven for 30-40 minutes. Cover with mushroom gravy.

Notes

I became a vegetarian about a year ago and I missed this broccoli & cheese stuffed chicken breast & came up with this alternative.
