  • Rinse and drain both can of beans. Place in large bowl.
  • Place prepared carrots in large frying pan with a little bit of water. Place lid on and steam. Meanwhile chop tomatoes, and mince onions. Check carrots. Drain water.
  • Place pan back onto stove and place onions and fry. Once golden brown, add carrots, tomatoes, and the beans. Place in chili powder, hot sauce, and garlic. Stir. Lower temperature and simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes until food is hot.

Notes

There will be a lot of liquid. You can raise the temperature and take off the lid to get rid of excess liquid.
