  • Lay down the Triscuit Crackers. Put a small square cheese slice on top of each cracker.
  • Next, cut each pepperoncini pepper into four small rings, and put one ring on top of each slice of cheese.
  • When finished, add an almond in the middle of each small pepperoncini ring. If desired, add a sprig of parsley to garnish.

Notes

I made this recipe expecting it to be awful, but when I served it at a party, it was a huge hit, and it adds some calcium and protein to your diet. This recipe can be used as a snack for one, or as an appetizer at a party. Easy to make less or more, and great fun to eat!
