  • Sautee vegetables in 1 tablespoon of the olive oil. When translucent, add water. Bring to boil. Add rice. Let sit until water is absorbed.
  • Mix in tuna.
  • Blend together remaining olive oil, Miracle Whip and mayo. Stir mixture into rice, vegetable tuna mixture.

Notes

Also tastes great when cold.
