  • 1) Place 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips into microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH for one minute or until melted, then stir with small spoon until completely smooth.
  • 2) Cut 12 Jet-Puffed Jumbo Marshmallows in half, and place on sheet of wax paper.
  • 3) Crush graham wafer crackers and place crumbs on small plate.
  • 4) Dip tops of marshmallows in melted chocolate, then in graham wafer crumbs (you may have chocolate or wafer crumbs leftover, depending on how much of each you put on the marshmallow halves).
  • 5) Serve immediately, or wait until chocolate hardens (approx. 1 hour extra). Store in an air-tight container.

I was fooling around with chocolate one day, and came up with the idea for Upside-Down S'mores. So, I cautiously dipped half of a marshmallow into a bowl of melted chocolate chips, ever so carefully placed it into a small pile of graham crumbs, and popped it into my mouth. A wonderful relationship was immediately born. I really love making these. I think you should include this in Kraft's What's Cooking magazine because they are definitely crowd-pleasers, are probably one of the easiest desserts to make, and are superb at parties and gatherings. My family, especially my younger sister Chelsea, always want me to whip up more batches!
