I was fooling around with chocolate one day, and came up with the idea for Upside-Down S'mores. So, I cautiously dipped half of a marshmallow into a bowl of melted chocolate chips, ever so carefully placed it into a small pile of graham crumbs, and popped it into my mouth. A wonderful relationship was immediately born.
I really love making these. I think you should include this in Kraft's What's Cooking magazine because they are definitely crowd-pleasers, are probably one of the easiest desserts to make, and are superb at parties and gatherings. My family, especially my younger sister Chelsea, always want me to whip up more batches!
