  • Heat an element on the stove to 5. Pour the cup of soy sauce (and packet of XOXO chicken stock if using) into a medium cooking pan. Place the pan on the warming element.
  • Cut up the vegetables and tofu, and place them in the pan. Stir the mixture as it cooks.
  • Fill a pot with water and place it on an element to boil. Add the stir fry noodles into the pot and cook them until they are done. You will know when the stir fry mixture is done when the carrots are soft but still crunchy. Divide the noodles onto two plates and add the stir fry mixture.

    I was intrigued when I saw the name of this recipe, however when I looked at the ingredients...yikes! One cup of soy sauce and an optional bouillion cube? That's a week's worth of sodium! No thanks.
