  • CRUST: Combine wafer crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in bowl until crumbly. Press in 9x13 cake pan, set aside.
  • BEAT cream cheese and icing sugar in a bowl until well blended. Stir in 1/2 tub of Cool Whip. Spread over wafer crumb crust, set aside.
  • BEAT pudding powder mix with milk until thick then spread over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle toffee bits over pudding mixture then top with remaining Cool Whip.
  • STORE in the fridge for 1-2 hours, cut and serve.

Notes

Served at a meeting and it was a big hit.
