  • Preheat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, beat eggs with milk. Stir in flour & set aside.
  • Divide butter evenly into twelve cups of muffin tin (1/2 tsp ea) Place in oven to melt 2-5 min.
  • Put batter in evenly. Bake 5 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F & bake 25 min until puffed and golden.

    Thank You so much!!! I have never made Yorkshire Pudding before. I was serving an English couple for dinner and I knew they eat yorkshire pudding with roast beef.They did not believe Ihad never made it before.
