  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add carrots, celery and onions; stir. Cook 5 min. or until softened, stirring occasionally. Add pasta sauce and parsley to meat mixture; stir. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Drain pasta. Serve topped with pasta sauce mixture.
