  • Mix first 4 ingredients until blended.
  • Heat half the dressing mixture in large deep skillet or wok on high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 3 to 4 min. or until evenly browned. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add remaining dressing to skillet; heat 1 min. Add peas and onions; stir-fry 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender.
  • Add meat and sprouts; stir-fry 1 to 2 min. or until meat is done and sprouts are heated through. Top with peppers.

Note

Use more or less Sriracha sauce to suit your personal taste.

Special Extra

Serve with lime wedges.
