This is a fantastic dip. I find if you chop the artichokes,roasted red peppers
(roasted on the BBQ for best flavor) and sun dried tomatoes and mix them into the dip before baking it really packs some flavor.
The Artichoke and Red Pepper sides were good, but I found the sun-dried tomatoe section overpowering.
