  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, Miracle Whip and garlic in medium bowl until well blended.
  • Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or casserole dish.
  • Bake 10 min. Stir. Arrange tomatoes, artichokes and peppers on top of cheese mixture in 3 separate sections. Bake an additional 10 min. Serve with Triscuits Thin Crisps and Wheat Thins.

    This is a fantastic dip. I find if you chop the artichokes,roasted red peppers (roasted on the BBQ for best flavor) and sun dried tomatoes and mix them into the dip before baking it really packs some flavor.

    The Artichoke and Red Pepper sides were good, but I found the sun-dried tomatoe section overpowering.
