Cook vegetables in dressing as directed. Add rice along with the tomatoes. Bring mixture to boil; cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Stir in 3/4 cup Kraft Shredded Cheese. Top evenly with an additional 1/4 cup Kraft Shredded Cheese.
This is a great dish to make ahead of time and take to a potluck dinner. If desired, recipe can be doubled. Just prepare as directed, doubling all ingredients.

Easy and quick to make. Even my kids love it. Highly recommended.
I made it with ground pork, fresh mushrooms, carrots and Italian shredded cheese. (I also doubled the recipe) For the leftovers, I added a 14oz can of tomato sauce. The whole family really enjoyed it!
