This was so easy to make, took hardly any time and was very improvessive looking. This is a wonderful recipe in this hot weather.
This is one of our old family favourite recipes. We actually use the Jello immediately when it is in the liquid state (not quick-set) and it soaks into the cake and sets the cake and fruit together. Then we add the pudding and Cool Whip. And I make it in one big fancy glass bowl so you can still see the layers. Yummy.
