  • Place 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 tub (250 g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product in food processor. Pulse until mixture almost forms a ball.
  • Shape into a ball and refrigerate for 1 hr. or until well chilled.
  • Roll out on lightly floured surface.

    Only once before have I tried to make a pie crust, and it was disasterous. As a novice pie maker, I found this recipe to be very forgiving. It may not be as flaky as traditional pie pastry, but it is still very good. I also like that fact that herb or fruited cream cheese may be used to add a little extra flavor to the crust.
