  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package; drain. Return to pan.
  • Add cheese, milk and egg; stir. Cook on medium heat 10 min., stirring frequently until cheese is completely melted and sauce is thickened.
  • Stir in tomatoes. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. (Do not let mixture come to boil.)

Special Extra

For added flavour, prepare as directed using Italian-style diced tomatoes.

    It was good but definitely needed salt, pepper and I also added garlic powder and some salsa for a bit more flavour.

    I thought that this was a very quick and delicious meal that I can make for my family. Everyone enjoyed it very much. I just changed two things...i added a little bit of parmesan cheese and because my husband doesn't like tomatoes I used a little bit of tomato sauce instead. Thank you very much for this recipe!It was great!
