So quick & simple & besides that so good! I also tried it with peaches and Graham Wafer crumbs. Just as good. Will certainly do this again.

Next time I would double the recipe... I served three with it, and it was barely enough. But it was DELISH, and simple to throw in the oven after we were done eating. The aroma was mouth watering!

So simple and so delicious! To save on calories and fat, I used the low fat Kraft Cool Whip and used 4 crushed light Honey Maid Graham Wafers instead of the vanilla wafers.
