This was delicious. I am not a fan of cilantro, so instead I used soya sauce. Had left over chicken breast from the night before so substituted that for the deli meat.
This was an excellent recipe. Made a very tasty light supper - I just served it with hot rolls. I will definitely make it again. Penny
