  • Whisk egg whites in microwaveable bowl sprayed with cooking spray until blended. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec.; stir. Microwave additional 30 sec. or just until whites are set, stirring after 15 sec.
  • Place bacon on paper towel-covered microwaveable plate. Microwave 30 sec. or just until warmed.
  • Mix dressing and hot sauce until blended; spread onto muffin halves. Fill with eggs, bacon and avocados.
