This has become a favourite of mine and my husband's for a quick dinner or a brunch. I also add a bit of cut-up ham or whatever I have on hand. So easy and very tasty.

Very easy to make, great for fast breakfast

I thought it was good. I substituded the green pepper for bacon. You have to watch it when it's cooking otherwise if it cooks to long the corners get hard and rubbery. Everything else was great. There was no problem on the inside.
