While this recipe sounded promising I was a little disappointed. The margarine didnt seem to really mix in with the rest of the sauce ingredients. And when I combined the sauce and the pasta, the sauce became lumpy and clumpy. While the overall flavor was okay, the look of the dish was unappealing. I ended up whipping up a quick garlic white sauce to salvage supper.
I added chicken strips sauteed in italian dressing and 1/2 a cup of bacon bits along with some mushrooms and green peppers.
It was delicious! And the left overs were still great the next day.
I made this for dinner one night for my family and they enjoyed it. I added a tiny more spices and it was perfect, I defiantly cook it again
