The chops were great! We really enjoyed the flavor of them, but the potatoes were raw and gross. I would definitely make the pork again, but I'd make rice to go along with it instead of the potatoes.
I have made this recipe lots of times, and we love it. It's our favorite pork chop recipe. The chops are so tender, and the potatoes so good.
