Such an easy and yummy recipe! We loved it. I made a few additions of some Italian seasoning, and then I added some baby spinach in the last few minutes of cooking, for some extra nutrition. Delicious!
I made this recipe but i added more mushrooms and used red and yellow peppers instead of green and some celery to give it a little something different. Everyone liked it and ate it twice :)
