  • Cook sugar and butter in small saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in coconut and nuts.

Serving Suggestion

Sprinkle over your favourite baked cheesecake. Broil until golden brown, if desired.

Special Extra

Add 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon to cooked sugar mixture along with the coconut and nuts.
