  • COMBINE crumbs, coconut and margarine. Reserve 1/4 cup (50mL) for garinsh. Press remaining mixture evenly on bottom and sides of 9-inch (23cm/1L) pie plate. Chill.
  • COOK and stir marshmallows, orange rind and 1/2 cup (125mL) juice over medium heat until melted. Chill until slightly thickened, about 30 minutes.
  • PREPARE dessert topping mix as directed on package. Fold in thickened mixture.
  • COMBINE bananas and 1 Tbsp (15mL) orange juice; spoon over crust. Top with pie filling. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top.
  • CHILL until set, about 3 hours.
