  • Toss 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into wedges; 2 peeled and sliced parsnips; 1 sliced fennel and 1 sliced medium red onion in a large baking dish.
  • Mix 1/2 cup each Kraft Catalina Dressing and cranberry juice and 1/4 cup maple syrup. Pour over vegetables.
  • Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

    Very delicious and easy to make.

    Not bad but a little too sweet for me (and I have a major sweet tooth). I think next time I'll use bbq sauce instead of catalina dressing.

    Although the kids and I like this, oterhes weren't as keen. I think I would add less Catalina and add something to give it a bit of kick.
