I used suggestions & drizzled warmed caramel on top & added 1 teaspoon cinnamon to batter. I also bought 2 prepared graham pie crusts and divided the recipe between the two crusts. This cheesecake is one the best I have made. I took it to a family dinner and my niece & nephew both had 3 pieces.
Fantastic with a little caramel sauce drizzled on top.
