    Highly, highly recommend this salad. Great mixture of flavour. I felt like a gourmet chef. Served it last night and it was a huge hit with family and friends, children and adults. My husband had discouraged me from making it because it's "boring" spinach, and no one is going to have it. I had 24 guests and based on the reviews here, I took the risk and I made a large amount, enough for at least one serving. It was gone in no time!! Had to quickly make some more (another good point is that it's simple and easy to make). Everyone was back for seconds..and it was gone in no time as well. Definitely is a keeper, and I have already passed on the recipe to others.
