Would not make this again. Used dried cranberries instead of the apricot.
can the flour be substituted for a glutton free flour..if so would the amount be the same
These were ok. I found them quite dry however I did stray from the recipe by using applesauce to replace some of the butter so If i make them again I will stay more closely to the recipe
