  • Heat oven to 400ºF
  • Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl; reserve 1/3 cup. Add chicken to remaining dressing mixture; turn to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on foil-covered baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF). Serve with reserved sauce.

Substitute

Prepare using boneless skinless chicken breasts.

    I used 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces instead of the thighs. Simple to get everything together, let it sit, and quick in the oven. Served with brown rice. Nummy.
