  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Beat first 4 ingredients with whisk until well blended. Combine cabbages and carrots in large bowl. Add 1/4 cup peanut butter mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Meanwhile, place chicken in single layer in shallow pan; brush with remaining peanut butter mixture. Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF); cut into strips.
  • Spoon cabbage mixture onto platter; top with chicken and onions.

Heat barbecue to medium heat. Prepare recipe as directed, except grill chicken 5 min. on each side or until done before cutting into strips and using as directed.
