  • Cook and stir chicken and peppers in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 6 to 8 min. or until chicken is done. Add cream cheese product; cook 2 min. or until melted, stirring frequently.
  • Toss coleslaw blend with dressing in large bowl. Add chicken mixture and nuts; mix lightly.
  • Spoon chicken mixture down centres of tortillas; roll up. Cut in half.


Substitute shredded cabbage for the coleslaw blend. For convenience, look for already shredded cabbage in the produce section of your supermarket.

    Actually my 16 year old made these last evening. She loved them as did I. We'll make them again. We didn't have peanuts on hand, so we substituted sliced almonds.... still gave the extra crunch. The flavour is great, not overpowering but enough to be enjoyable.
