  • Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 min. on each side or until each drumstick is golden brown on both sides. Drain chicken; return to skillet.
  • Mix remaining ingredients until blended; pour over chicken. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium heat 10 to 12 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF), turning after 6 min.

Special Extra

Garnish with 2 chopped green onions just before serving.

    So easy and fast. We loved it!!I used thighs instead and just increased the time.

    We really enjoyed it but would change it a little. Reduce the soy sauce. It was overpowering. Otherewise its a keeper. Really fast. We served with frozen peas and mini cobs and served it on a bed of rice.
