  • Drizzle 2 Tbsp. dressing over fish in shallow glass dish. Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Heat broiler. Place fish on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 6 to 8 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  • Meanwhile, heat remaining dressing in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Add broccoli and peppers; cook 2 min., stirring occasionally. Add broth; bring to boil. Stir in rice; return to boil. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. or until all liquid is absorbed. Stir in onions.
  • Serve fish with rice.


Substitute fresh pea pods for the broccoli florets.


Substitute chopped fresh cilantro for the green onions.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with 1/4 cup chopped peanuts before serving.
