  • Toss wings with vinaigrette in large bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Heat oven to 400ºF. Remove wings from marinade; discard marinade. Spread wings onto parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 30 min., turning after 15 min. Sprinkle with chives before serving.

Substitute

Prepare using just wings.
